Hospitality, close to the operation

Beyond the front desk.
Behind the guest experience.

A hotel is a business as well as a building. A restaurant is a team, a menu and a rhythm of service. John’s focus brings ownership decisions and day-to-day hospitality into the same conversation.

Hotel acquisitions and sale preparation. Hotel management. Casual dining operations, tenant representation and business sales—with broker support for the transaction.

Two specialties. One hospitality perspective.
